Q. Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation for Bag items is NOT allowed after 30 minutes of placing the order. You can request cancellation through Your Orders page within that time.
Q. If a furniture item is damaged, defective, has missing parts or not as described, can it be returned?
If a furniture item Fulfilled by Amazon is damaged, defective, has missing parts or not as described, please reach out to Our customer service within 10 days of delivery. We might request additional information regarding the issue. Once approved, a replacement may be provided for eligible items* at no extra cost.
*Some furniture items may not be eligible for replacements. This will be indicated on the product detail page of the item. If a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be processed on your order in accordance with Amazon.in Refund Policy.

Alternatively, you can reach out to Amazon customer service who will contact the seller on your behalf. Sellers might request additional information regarding the issue. Q. Can I exchange my old furniture and get a discount for new items?
We do not offer exchange services for furniture items.
Q. I ordered a three seater fabric sofa. After receiving the item, I realized that it is too big for my living room. Can I return or replace the sofa?

Q. I have received a furniture item which is not as advertised on the site. The product detail page listed the bed as made of solid teak wood, with the corresponding image. However, the bed I received is made of MDF. Is this returnable?
In case you've received a furniture item which is not as described on the site, please contact usimmediately by selecting the furniture order on the contact us page. If it is an item Fulfilled by Amazon, a return request will be processed for the item. If it is an item fulfilled by a seller, the seller will provide replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, the seller will process a refund on your order.
